South African Adventure - extend to Victoria Falls

Day 18  Johannesburg - Victoria Falls

We transfer to the airport for our afternoon flight to Livingstone, Zambia. After collecting luggage and passing through customs, we’ll meet our local guide and transfer to the Zambezi Sun Hotel.  B

Day 19  Victoria Falls

Today we explore one of the most scenic sections of Victoria Falls during our guided walking tour. The World Heritage Listed Victoria Falls are one of the natural wonders of the world. At the height of their flow, they are an awe-inspiring spectacle of immense power, as millions of gallons of water tumble over the mile wide cliff every minute, forming a curtain of falling water and mist. We will stop at vari ous vantage points en route, to take in the amazing views of the falls, the Zambezi River and neighbouring Zimbabwe. Our evening provides a perfect contrast to the falls as we enjoy drinks and the setting sun during our cruise on the tranquil Zambezi River.  B

Day 20  Victoria Falls

A free day to join one of the optional excursions available. Why not visit Chobe National Park in neighbouring Botswana - home to the highest concentration of elephants in Africa? Alternatively, visit Chief Mukuni’s traditional village or perhaps experience the ultimate view of Victoria Falls with a scenic helicopter flight.  B

Day 21  Depart Victoria Falls

After a relaxing morning, we transfer to Livingstone Airport for our flight to Johannesburg and connecting flight to London Heathrow.  B D

Day 22  Arrive UK

Breakfast is served shortly before our morning arrival into London Heathrow.  B
