Day 1 Arrive Johannesburg
Explore Johannesburg before continuing to Pretoria.
Day 2 Pretoria to Mpumalanga
Today explore the Panorama route, maybe stopping in Graskop to indulge in one of Harry’s famous pancakes?
Day 3 Mpumalanga
Kruger National Park is the flagship of South Africa’s National Parks, so why not grab your binoculars?
Day 4 Mpumalanga
A fantastic opportunity today to exchange an Elephant trunk greeting at The Elephant Whispers Safari.
Day 5 Mpumalanga to Swaziland
Whilst you’re at Jeppes Reef Border Post why not stop off at Matsamo Cultural Village.
Day 6 Swaziland to Hluhluwe
Discover how the handcrafted candles are made at the Swazi candle factory.
Day 7 Hluhluwe
Hluhluwe-Imfolozi is the oldest game reserve in Africa, rich in conservational history.
Day 8 Hluhluwe to Durban
The Botanical Gardens, Durban are considered to be South Africa’s most beautiful.
Day 9 Durban
Oh my, Fittzsimons Snake Park is home to hundreds of both indigenous and exotic snakes!
Day 10 Durban to Port Elizabeth
Make your way to Durban International Airport for your domestic flight to Port Elizabeth (flight not included). Once here collect your hire car.
Day 11 Port Elizabeth to Knysna
Superb scenery awaits as your journey takes you through Jeffrey’s Bay and St Francis Bay.
Days 12 & 13 Knysna
Two days to discover Knysna. On day 13 why not take off to Oudtshoorn? The Cango Caves and the Safari Ostrich Farm await you here.
Day 14 Knysna to Mossel Bay
It’s off to Mossel Bay today but don’t miss out on stopping off at the Garden Route Game Lodge’s Day Visitor Centre.
Day 15 Mossel Bay to Stellenbosch
Stellenbosch – a pretty town, stock up here on your wine with a visit to the nearby wine estate.
Day 16 Stellenbosch to Cape Town
En-route to Cape Town call in on Franschloek and indulge in Huguenot’s fine chocolates.
Days 17 & 18 Cape Town
Perhaps head out to the Cape Peninsula on day 17 visiting Hout Bay, Boulders Beach Penguin Colony, and Cape Point Nature Reserve. Day 18 might be your day to experience the aerial cable car up to Table Mountain.
